We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us — your name, email, company, and the content of any message you send us through the contact form or email.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and aggregated analytics about how you use the site.
  • Client engagement data — when you become a client, we process the data needed to operate your AI agents (documents, integrations, workflow data) under a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and book sales calls.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our AI agent services.
  • To send transactional and product update emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client data to train third-party AI models.

How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Subprocessors we use to operate the business (e.g., Anthropic for model inference, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for hosting). All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality and analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. For client engagements involving regulated data (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), we offer dedicated cloud deployments and signed BAAs / DPAs.
