Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aivorahq.com (the "Site") and any informational content offered by Aivora ("Aivora", "we", "us", or "our"). Paid engagements — including AI agent development, deployment, and operation — are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, (b) interfere with the Site's operation, (c) scrape or harvest content for use in competing services, or (d) misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Aivora name — is owned by Aivora or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.

No warranties

The Site and any content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information on the Site, including blog posts and case studies, is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you have paid Aivora in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-party services

The Site links to or relies on third-party services (e.g., Anthropic, Cloudflare, Resend). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aivora is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
